1. Club Affiliation and Governance
Vectis RFC is a youth rugby club affiliated with the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and operates under the jurisdiction of Hampshire RFU as its Constituent Body (CB).

All members, players, and parents must abide by the RFU’s Rules, Regulations, and the Core Values of Rugby: Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship.

2. Safeguarding and Player Welfare
The safety of our young players is our absolute priority.

Usage of this site, including any forums or registration portals, must comply with the RFU Safeguarding Policy.

Users are prohibited from posting identifiable information or photographs of minors without express parental consent and club authorization.

3. Membership and Registration
Registration for the club is facilitated through the RFU Game Management System (GMS). Use of the GMS is subject to the RFU’s own terms of use.

Membership fees must be paid as outlined in our annual fee structure. Vectis RFC reserves the right to suspend access to club activities if fees are not maintained.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including the Vectis RFC badge, text, graphics, and photographs—is the property of Vectis RFC.

You may view and print pages for personal use (e.g., match schedules).

You must not republish or use club media for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct (Online)
Users of the website and any linked social media platforms must not:

Post defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory content.

Harass or "tag" youth players or coaches in a derogatory manner.

Misrepresent their association with the club.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, Vectis RFC does not guarantee that the information on this site (such as kick-off times or pitch locations) is always up-to-date. Rugby is a physical sport; the club accepts no liability for injuries sustained during play or training, which are governed by RFU insurance protocols.
